Subject to the below conditions and exclusions, footwear, outerwear, apparel and accessories are protected against defects in materials and/or workmanship.
For Footwear, our warranty policy is 6 months from the date of purchase.
For Outerwear, Apparel and Accessories our warranty policy is 1 year from the date of purchase.
CONDITIONS & EXCLUSIONS
The warranty offered by Pajar is non-transferable and does not cover damages arising from dye transference, accidents, misuse or any alteration, service or repair.
HOW TO MAKE A CLAIM
Online Purchase
Start a claim now through our portal. Have in hand your order number and shipping postal code used to place the order.
If you feel that the item you purchased has a manufacturing defect, please follow the instructions below:
Using the returns portal is quick and easy. Simply follow the steps below:
- Click the link to our portal above.
- Respond to the prompts; this step includes attaching pictures and explaining the details of the damaged item.
- We will review your claim; the shipping label will be available to you once we approve it.
- Repack your items back in the original packaging and visibly attach the appropriate return label associated with the product you are returning. Only one shipping label is generated per product.
- Drop off your package with the appropriate carrier and make sure that your parcel is scanned as received at the time of drop off and a receipt is obtained. Take note of your tracking number as we will need this information if you require further assistance.
- Processing times may take up to 7 business days. For more details on processing times, please review our full policy below. *Please note that shipping costs from the order are non-refundable.
